September is almost over, so it is time for the kids to report if they read a chapter book this month.  A form was sent home today.  Your child needs to complete it on or before Wednesday in order to participate in our 4th grade treasure hunt.

Hello.  I am so happy to see your children at school every day.  They are very respectful to me.  I appreciate that.  This week, we are back to normal with a spelling list coming home.  Please help your child study the ones they missed on the pre-test every day at home.  Also, please remember to review math facts. The children should know all their times tables up to 12s by January. 

     This week is review week for Language Arts.  The students are reviewing things like conjunctions and antonyms to do well on their test.
     I was really proud of the class for doing so well on the Chapter 2 Math test.  Take a minute to look over the results.
     Keep working on times tables at home.  Let me know when you need another monster wheel, fun flap, or flashcards.

Hello Everyone.  I hope your weekend went well.  Your children came back ready to work this morning.  I really appreciate their willingness to do their best.

    Hello Everybody.  I hope you had a good three day weekend.  My sister and her family came to visit, I got my garage cleaned out and organized, plus I went to Peach Days.  It was great!
     I will be gone on Wednesday morning to some training for High Ability Learners.  Mrs. Scott will be here for me.  Also, I will be gone Friday morning to take my daughter to a well child visit with our doctor.  I don't know who will be here then.  Please encourage your children to be polite and obey the substitute teachers.
